Important Information After completing your Wine Club subscription, you will receive a separate email to customize your wine selection and confirm delivery details. Your reserved olive tree will be selected and personalized with your name by our Italy team within 30 days of the first subscription payment. Wine purchases are invoiced and shipped by a licensed U.S. distributor in compliance with applicable state laws. A separate payment link will be provided for each shipment. Shipping availability may vary by state, and an adult signature is required upon delivery. By joining, you acknowledge that wine sales are processed separately from your membership. Shipping costs are $15 per 6-bottle order. Any additional orders are $15 for one to two cases, and $30 for three or more cases for members only.

Cancellation Policy
The Villa Splendida Wine Club membership is designed to be flexible and enjoyable. Members may cancel at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled shipment. Requests received within 30 days of a shipment will take effect for the following release. Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. By enrolling, members agree to recurring charges for each scheduled delivery.
